This means that with full occupancy (20 people), the price per person comes to CZK 220 per day in summer and CZK 270 per day in winter.

Individual discounts are available for significantly smaller groups (e.g., 1 – 2 families).

The price includes:

  1. bedding (duvet and pillow covers + bed sheet).
  2. local tourist accommodation fees (CZK 15/person/day) as required by town ordinance.
  3. tablets for the dishwasher and paper towels in the kitchen and on the tables.
  4. firewood and coal briquettes.
  5. usual average daily electricity usage. The limit for daily usage is 30 kW/day in the summer, 40 kW/day in spring and autumn, and 80 kW/day in winter. Any energy consumption above this limit is charged at CZK 6/kW. With normal energy usage, however, it is impossible to exceed this limit.
  6. parking directly by the chalet, except for the winter season; in the winter, parking ca. 100 meters from the chalet.

For stays of 14 days or more, we offer a 3% discount from the total price. For repeated stays of 7 days or more, we offer a 5% discount from the total price. These discounts may be combined.

If you prefer to bring your own sheets, you may subtract CZK 50 per person per stay.

For stays shorter than a week (e.g., long weekends), we add CZK 150 per person for the entire stay.

Dogs or other pets are welcome for a fee of CZK 150/day.

 

Reservations:

You may reserve your stay via e-mail (lusitania@chatadesna.cz) or telephone (+420 723 460 433). We only rent out the entire chalet, not individual rooms.

Payment:

Your reservation is valid upon payment of a 50% down payment. The remaining amount is due no later than 14 days prior to the beginning of your stay.

Cancellation fee:

  • no fee is charged for cancellations made 40 days or more before the start of your stay
  • for cancellations made within 20 to 39 days before the start of your stay, we charge 30% of the full price of accommodation
  • for cancellations made less than 20 days before the start of your stay, we charge 50% of the full price of accommodation

Refundable deposit:

When renting the chalet, we ask for a refundable deposit of CZK 6,000.
For New Year’s rentals, we ask for a refundable deposit of CZK 10,000.
The deposit is used to cover the costs for potential cleaning and replacement/repair costs. An amount of CZK 1,500 is deducted from the deposit if tenants fail to clean the entire chalet and do not clean and put away the used dishes and kitchen utensils.

Arrival, departure, cleaning:

When renting the chalet for an entire week, we provide four bottles of quality wine as a welcome gift.

Rentals usually run from Saturday to Saturday; long weekends or other dates may be arranged depending on capacity.

A set of house rules will be sent along with the confirmation of your reservation.

Prior to departure, please clean the entire chalet and clean and put away all dishes and kitchen utensils; otherwise we will deduct CZK 1,500 from your deposit.
